Our world is broken. We see prejudice, loneliness, hurt, and death growing up like weeds which choke the life out of weak and frail branches. Our world crafts a “me-first” narrative in which joy is only found by self-will and self-focus.
But there is a true story called the Gospel in which we are invited into something infinitely greater. Our gracious Father, the true Gardner, tells us the story that we have not been left in the overgrown pit of self-obsession, but rather have been transplanted into the living body of his Church. Join us at RCW as we mine the depths of the greatest story and see how we, who were once wandering in our own sinful isolation, have been purchased by Christ, and mercifully grafted into the tree of God’s family.
October 12-14 will be one of the most important weekends in Veritas this year. Many students will gather at Ashland and in host homes of our Veritas parents for an intense weekend of discipleship, worship, service, and fun! Join us for Reality Check Weekend 2018: GRAFTED.
The cost for the weekend this year is $50 per student with a $100 maximum per family. Guests can come for $25. If any student is unable to pay, he or she will be awarded a scholarship. Please register by October 3.
